There are few line from a much lesser know beautiful song by Sting which is one of my favorite song's and the inspiration for this piece. The title of the song is "She Walks This Earth".She's a soulfull flower in the garden
She's bobbing in the sunlight
and flirting with her eyes
The way she walks by,
I see a wave of color
moving like an angel
trailing butterflies

Now that I know she walks upon the earth

Isn't it just perfect for "Princess Stella"! She was created from cardstock, decorative papers, brads, glitter, fabric flowers and ribbon. I painted her sweet little face with acrylics. Lips and nose are done with marker. Arms are stationary but her legs are moveable. She is edged in antiquing ink. She is ready to fly at a moments notice with her fabric leaf wings.
